Snavely Development Co. engaged us to design two multi-tenant medical office buildings for University Hospitals adjacent to the former Euclid General Hospital, now a rehabilitation facility. The two buildings were designed to have a strong and welcoming presence on the heavily traveled Lake Shore Boulevard with a tall facade and extensive glazing.
The cruciform plan anticipates practices of 2500 - 8000 sf. White rein panels of recycled materials and corrugated metal create subtle contrasts.
