Joe was recruited to EALLC in 2012 to work on the LifeCare Hospice project in Wooster, OH because of his skill in creating works with a residential scale and creatively managing the massing of a complex program.

Joe has also worked on the firm’s Shoreby Club design competition and the Cortez Gateway project at the Bradenton Beach Causeway north of Sarasota, FL. This 19-acre mixed use project features a 150-room hotel, two 10,000 sf restaurants, a 192-slip marina, 44 cluster homes and three parcels of waterfront condominiums.

Joe attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a B. Arch. degree. He has practiced as a registered Architect since 1977. Joe is highly regarded for his excellent multi-family and residential scaled projects which have appeared in Cleveland Magazine.

Joe has served on the Gates Mills Historical Review Board for 14 years and on the Waite Hill Architectural Review Board since 2006.

Joe is a relaxed individual with a warm sense of humor. Joe and his wife live in a multi-family complex Joe designed in Mayfield Heights.
