NAIOP Deal of the Year Award


This corporation engaged us to analyze operations and develop a comprehensive Location Analysis to evaluate alternative locations in the Central Business District for the 128,000 sf occupancy.

The bank’s established space standards were respected, and merchandising criteria for building identity and branch legibility were taken into consideration. The selected location affords naming rights and prominent signage on the city skyline. Over seven floors, the bank’s operations are arranged to co-locate interactive functions and maximize customer convenience. Support functions are clustered for efficiency. Existing furniture and equipment from six different locations was reconditioned and redeployed with a vertical stack that places like materials from a diverse inventory on a given floor.

The result is a cohesive whole, and achievement of the bank’s objectives to minimize costs and re-use existing functional assets where practical.
